YaluBooking.com”, “us”, “we” or “our” means yaluBooking.com a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Sri Lanka, and having its registered address at No 107, T.M Building, Moraketiya Road, Pallegama, Embilipitiya, Sri Lanka.

Subject to legal and safety exceptions, We will share individual customer information only with persons or entities outside the company when the customer has consented to such action, or when we have advised the customer of the opportunity to “opt-out” (to choose not to have the information disclosed).

Yalubooking.com requires Yalubooking.com personnel to be aware of and protect the privacy of all forms of customer communications — whether they are voice, data or image transmissions — as well as individual customer records. It is Infomate’s policy that no personal information obtained by us is sold or made available to third parties except: As required by law through a subpoena, search warrant or other legal processes We will not share non-public personal information with non-affiliated third parties without prior client consent, except for specific purposes described below.   • All correspondence and source documents relevant to client communication, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means, is treated with confidentiality. We have a ‘no publicity clause’ and will undertake to share testimonials and references only with the client’s expressed permission.
  • We will not share non-public personal information about our clients with non-affiliated third parties without prior client consent, except for specific purposes described below
  • Former clientele: our Privacy Policy continues to apply to all former clients. Confidential clauses are further elaborated and agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • ‘Right to be forgotten’: Personal data will be erased immediately as long as the data is no longer needed for their original processing purpose, or the individual has withdrawn his/her consent to use the date for its original purpose. Said data in original digitized or physical format will be discarded along with any duplicate copies
